Payment and Delivery Policy

We require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of total order. Rest of the payment shall be made before of delivery, during which the customer is open to examine/check their delivered items. All goods remain property of Pharmagic until paid in full.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Product returns

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund possible.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, any opened or used products.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your exchange request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
